Renew Your Mind

I really been working on training my brain. Every time a negative thought crosses my mind, I remember that the enemy comes to kill, steel, and destroy and my mind is the battlefield where the enemy plants his negative seeds. Life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverb 18:21), words are so powerful, so I challenge every thought and speak God's word over any thought that is not godly. It's exciting to see how the more I speak positivity over the negative thoughts that the thoughts seem to be less frequent. It may not be less frequent it's just I've trained myself to speak positive over negative thoughts to the point that it's automatic, and the negative isn't given a second thought. I'm a firm believer that you have what you say so why not manifest positivity, love, and prosperity. The brain is fertile ground and whatever kind of seeds you plant will grow. When we chose to follow Jesus, we became new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17). You can't be a new creation while holding on to an old mindset. You have to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). I'll close this saying speak the word of God over anything that doesn't line up with what God said, that's any thoughts, actions or words. #MaybeThisHelp
